01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between si6s ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the si6s online casino and sportsbook platform available at si6s.asia and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

si6s reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to si6s is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. si6s will verify age through CNIC-based KYC checks. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source after verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is available to players in jurisdictions where accessing online casino and sportsbook services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. si6s does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all locations.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) si6s account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, si6s reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any bonuses, promotions, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
• Retain funds pending investigation in accordance with anti-fraud obligations.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering a si6s account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete. si6s is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your si6s login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify si6s immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

si6s will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from si6s requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All transactions made from your account using your login credentials are presumed to have been made by you unless you have notified si6s of an unauthorised access event before the transaction was completed. si6s is not liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security on your part.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

si6s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the time of the transaction and may be updated at si6s's sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your si6s account within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to reflect in your account. si6s is not responsible for delays attributable to payment processors, network outages, or banking system failures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified (CNIC-based identity verification completed).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be met in full.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits, where technically possible.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the maximum single withdrawal limit applicable to your account tier.

si6s processes approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment network.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

si6s maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with its international licensing obligations. si6s reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals in excess of specified thresholds, or where transaction patterns appear inconsistent with normal player activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by si6s are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Where specific terms are silent on a matter, these general Terms apply. Bonuses are offered at si6s's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

si6s takes bonus abuse seriously and monitors accounts for activity indicating deliberate exploitation of promotional structures, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, systematic wagering patterns inconsistent with recreational play, and coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, si6s reserves the right to void the associated Bonus and any derived winnings, and to restrict future promotional eligibility.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the si6s sportsbook are subject to acceptance by si6s. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet receipt with a unique reference number. si6s reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published due to a manifest error, where there is evidence of manipulation, or where the bet would exceed applicable risk limits.

6.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted with manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, human error, or technical fault ("Manifest Error"), si6s reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. A Manifest Error is defined as an odds value that is clearly and obviously incorrect when compared to the fair market price at the time of the bet being placed, such that no reasonable person would have genuinely believed the odds to be correct.

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on si6s — including PSL fixtures, international Test matches, ODI series, and T20 competitions — is governed by the following supplementary rules:

• Match Winner bets require the match to be completed in full to be settled, unless a result has been determined under the relevant competition rules (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis method).
• In-play bets accepted after an event has occurred but before odds have been updated will be voided.
• For abandoned matches, bets will be settled according to the number of overs completed and the specific market rules applicable to that bet type.
• Ball-by-ball markets will be settled based on the official scorecard published by the governing cricket body.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on the si6s platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, and virtual table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer titles, real physical game equipment operated by licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or physical dealing process and are not influenced by si6s, the player's account history, or any external factor.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles and casino games are available within each game's information panel. Players are advised to review RTP information before playing. si6s does not guarantee any specific outcome, winning session, or rate of return to any individual player over any period.

Live casino games are provided by third-party studios operating under their own gaming licences. While si6s selects licensed partners only, si6s is not liable for technical faults occurring within the third-party streaming infrastructure, provided that affected bets are settled fairly in accordance with the applicable game rules.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the si6s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or playing if you are under 21 years of age.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's documents, or operating an account on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Software exploitation: Knowingly exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward si6s staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

si6s is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its player base. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month to control downside exposure.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out regardless of activity.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic reminders during play sessions showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from si6s for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the elected period.

10 Suspension & Termination

si6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.
• The Player's jurisdiction of residence restricts access to online gambling services.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, si6s reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Deposits made with your own funds will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any outstanding liabilities, following completion of any applicable investigation.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your account without activating self-exclusion and wish to return, you may re-register after a minimum period of thirty (30) days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the si6s platform — including but not limited to the si6s brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphical elements, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of si6s or its licensed content providers. Nothing in your use of the Platform grants you any licence, right, or interest in any si6s intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from si6s. Unauthorised reproduction of si6s intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and will result in immediate account termination.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6s's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to si6s in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

si6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity, even where si6s has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

si6s is not liable for interruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, power disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party platform failures.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which si6s holds its operating gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players who have a complaint regarding the conduct of si6s should first contact the si6s support team to attempt informal resolution. si6s commits to investigating all formal complaints and providing a written response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14 Amendments

si6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial conditions, or game rules — si6s will provide no fewer than seven (7) days' prior notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification visible upon login.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at si6s.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
